These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to attempt resolution of any disputes through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
